I pacchetti per 64 bit sono in progress, mi sa che presto saranno disponibili.
Comunque ho controllato per la storia di metacity, su Ubuntu è tutto a posto. Mi sa proprio che stavolta vado di patching a manetta :D

Devi mettere il repo **sopra** Testing e Extra. :)
Pacman seleziona i pacchetti in base all'ordine di preferenze espresso in pacman.conf; l'ordine dei repo non deve essere casuale, ma deve riflettere la tua classifica per quanto riguarda i repository e le tue preferenze su quale vuoi usare per i pacchetti ;)

Il font è Daniel Bold, consigliatomi da Lazza, devo dire che è di un'usabilità impressionante non tralasciando quel pizzico di eyecandy :)

Si ma il problema è che il GTK-WinDeco mi fa partire anche Metacity in background (e non so perchè), e Metacity nuovo mi occupa parecchia CPU in più :/

metacity è stato stoppato.
ci sono solo (e sempre che) i backport delle patch da mutter, the new fresh GNOME window manager.

lo puoi usare già, se ti va, con il classico mutter --replace && echo YEPPA\!\!

No no, basta fare un fallback a Metacity vecchio, e tutto torna a posto. Il problema è: fixeranno la cosa? Speriamo di si :)
